1 I had sex with a prostitute and we used protection. Even though we didn’t have penetrative but I kissed and hugged her. Do I need to be worried about being infected by AIDS? I will be getting married soon. And I do not want any complications in my marriage. What tests do you recommend? Is it necessary to do some test, or will it not be a problem? And, is there any test that I can undertake at home to check for the same? Please help.

It is worrisome if the parts you kissed had a cut. In that case, get an HIV test done. Your doctor will give more information about it. In your case, it does not look likely.

2 I am a 28-year-old healthy man. I masturbate three times a day. That’s the best I can control, otherwise I am usually tempted to do it more often. I don’t drink or smoke, but I have a habit of chewing tobacco while masturbating. I am a virgin. The problem is that I get tired quickly. I have no stamina. For example, if I am standing for an hour or more, it will make me tired. Is this because of masturbation? Also, my foreskin is tight when erect. It doesn’t hurt when pulling back, but it takes an effort to do so. And when my penis is erect the foreskin still remains closed. Does all this indicate some health problem or is this normal? I’m really worried. What should I do?

It is necessary that your foreskin moves easily over the head of the penis, otherwise during intercourse you may find it very painful. Consult a urologist for this. Your masturbating thrice a day, certainly calls for some action to learn how you may do it only when you are sexually excited. It will reduce the number of times you do it daily.
