1 I am a 48-year-old married man. I met a woman (who has had oral sex with other men), and am very keen to have oral sex with her, as I have never experienced that before. How risky is it to get infected with HIV or other STDs, if I have oral sex with her? Can I take any medicine before having oral sex, or should she also take any medicine before doing the same, in order to avoid transmitting any STDs? If there are such medicines, please suggest which ones we should take. She told me that she normally takes Dexona before giving oral sex to any one – is that sufficient?

If you must, then do it with a flavoured condom. No medicines are there for what you have stated. The chances of you getting an infection increases as you do not know her intimately and also she has had multiple partners.

2 I am a 39-year-old single woman. I had been a virgin for many years but currently I have three sexual partners. I have no sign of any sickness or any STD. And, we always use condoms. Also, I have noticed that I want to have sex with almost every man I meet. The three men I was with so far were single, but now I am thinking why not with married men, if they agree to it? With some of them, even the wives don’t mind, they say. If we use a condom, it is safe right? Is there anything dangerous in this? And is there any reason why I should not do it? My maid was saying it is bad like this, but I don’t thinks so. Please advise.

It is difficult to opine on what is good and safe. Before you proceed any further, think about the pros and cons. Your maid is a sensible person. Eventually it is you who have to decide.

3 I’m 20 years old. Whenever I watch porn or masturbate, my right testicle hurts. I have financial issues and I cannot afford to consult a doctor. Can you suggest some exercise or medicine?

You can help yourself by avoiding watching porn on a regular basis, you may watch it occasionally. Masturbate only when sexually excited. If your pain persists, even after stopping the previously-mentioned activities, then ensure that you wear lose cotton underwear . But if the pain occurs occasionally and is not consistent, then ignore. It is very likely that you are in a town where government or municipal hospitals can examine you at a very low cost
