1 I am a 26-year-old woman. My fantasy is to have sex without using any protection. With that in mind, what would be the best time to have sex?

If you are prepared to risk it, the best time is the 4th or 5th day before you start menstruating.

2 If any man undergoes a vasectomy, does it automatically mean the end of his sex drive? After the procedure, will the man’s penis be capable of ejaculating sperm, or does this stop after such an operation? Please advise.

A vasectomy does not affect the sexual urge, and in fact a man’s urges may even improve because of the protection. However, the procedure closes the sperm passage. All other factors remain the same.

3 I am a 33-year-old man. I believe I suffer from early ejaculation. As soon as I start having sex, I ejaculate within 30 seconds, and my partner is left unsatisfied. Naturally, I would like my partner to enjoy the act too. What should I do to change this? Is there a remedy?

To relieve premature ejaculation requires therapy for a considerable amount of time, the process of which is difficult to explain. However, you may start working towards a cure by practicing Kegel exercises. You may explore the internet to learn how to do this. I would recommend that you also consult a sexpert in addition to this.

4 I am in good health and am a virgin. Sometimes, after masturbation, I experience a burning sensation in my penis. Is this normal, or should I consult a doctor?

Before you consult a doctor, drink plenty of fluids and be more gentle with your masturbation
