1 I am a 52-year-old man. My girlfriend is much younger and unmarried. Whenever we try having penetrative sex, she avoids the act and says that she’s worried that the act could be painful. She also complains of pain when I digitally stimulate her with more than one finger. Is there a remedy for her condition? Are there ointments, which can be applied to the vaginal opening to reduce the pain?

Apply local anesthetic 2 per cent gel little in and around the opening of the vagina 15 minutes prior to the act. Wipe off the excess. This will help to relieve the pain.

2 I am 23 years old and my girlfriend is of the same age. We are planning to have sex, but I suffer from pre-mature ejaculation. Can I apply Lox 2 per cent gel and have sex? Also, if she performs oral sex on me and ends up consuming the gel, can it cause any harm?

You need to be patient as the treatment for PE is long. You must learn the squeeze and the stop-and-start technique. Also, Kegel exercise daily will help. Visit to a sexpert will help.

3 I am 40 years old and have been married for 17 years. I get sexually excited quickly, but the excitement dissipates soon. My foreskin is tight and does not roll over the head of the penis. I’ve heard that one must attain at least 70 per cent erection to be able to have a baby. Is this true? I am childless and want to become a father.

May be anxiety could be the cause of your problem. Rather than listening to incorrect advice, it’s better to visit a sexpert who will advise regarding your tight foreskin. You must also ensure that you get your spermatic fluid examined. Also, get your wife examined by a gynecologist.
