DR MAHINDER WATSA
1 I am a 33 year old married woman, with a four-year -old child. I think I have a small vagina, due to which I am scared to try different sex positions. I don’t think my vagina can take in a large penis. I have read that the vagina is expandable and can take in any penis size. Or is my problem because of some kind of fear? I had a caesarean delivery. Please help me on this issue. Could my vagina be too small or is it just some fear that is holding me back, and what can I do about it?
Very likely it is the fear that is holding you back. Take the help of gynaecologist to advise you further.
2 My girlfriend is 19, and I am 20. We had unprotected sex. But I’m not very sure if I had ejaculated inside her or not. Is there a chance that she may get pregnant? And, if so, how can she avoid pregnancy?
Ideally she should take the morning after pill (I-Pill) as soon as possible. In case her periods are delayed suggest she does a urine pregnancy test available at the chemist. If results are positive, then consult a gynaecologist immediately.
